I know I told you that I was going to fire my pots in a &lt;em&gt;Glo Bar&lt;/em&gt; kiln to try and
get some reduction in the crystal. I have not done this yet. 
Why? I'm slow I guess, but the question I have been asking myself, was the one you spoke of in your post and that is how long should the smoke stay in the kiln and how much? I have read Diane Creber and Peter Ilsley book and this was not spoken of. Diane said that poking holes through some fiber she placed under her lid helped the smoke travel through but how large of holes is she speaking of ? 
In the end I guess it's just test,test,test ? Could you speak more on this. Thank You Chris
